Ella Lee is a courts reporter for The Hill, covering the intersection of national politics and the judiciary. She was previously a politics reporter for USA TODAY, where she covered the seditious conspiracy trials of the extremist Oath Keepers and Proud Boys in connection with the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack. A graduate of DePaul University, Ella’s work has also appeared in the Chicago Sun-Times and Chicago Tribune.
