Born and raised in California, Alix has lived in the state her whole life – aside from a brief stint in Oklahoma. (It’s a long story.)
Before joining Nexstar’s national team, Alix worked in both television and newspaper newsrooms. Now she works from her Los Angeles home where the sounds of scanner traffic have been replaced by the sounds of her cat begging for attention.
